File upload properties

My host said they have configued the folder I requested to recieve annonymous
uploads but this option is still grayed out when I right click to see
properties. Can users upload without signing in or not?

Are you are checking this on the live/remote server in FP, correct?

Since the host had to enable this, you do not have control, so that would be a reason for it to be
grayed out when check on the live/remote server.
