Hi all

My file upload page seems to be broken, and I cannot find
a way to fix it. I keep getting the error message
saying "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this
page: ...."
This is on a fresh install of FPSE, SPTS, and other
associated guff on the server (W2Kserver).

MS knowledge base is telling me that it's because it's an
apache server, but it certainly isn't!

Please help! It's hurting my brain!

Cheers
Fred King

No, I just re-installed the various packages on the server
and used the pre made/default website that is offered. I
then opened in FP2002 and looked at the Reports section to
see the upload page as being broken. I don't understand
how to fix things from there though. I know you can browse
to an alternative, but I don't see how that could fix it.

Any use?

Fred

You need to use the steps in the KB article on your Windows Server w/ the FP 2002 SE installed and File Upload enabled by your host
to set up your File upload page

I forgot to say it's a local server (5 ft away!)
I'll try and see if that's it or not.
when you say my host - I presume that's only cos you don't
know it's an intranet server here in my office? I'm
guessing file upload would only be an ISP restriction so
not for me to worry about?

I'll keep you posted..

Thanks
Fred
