File Transfers with Remote Desktop

Is it possible to transfer file(s) from the computer you
are dialing into to the computer you are dialing from? If
so, how?

Yes, as long as you setup Remote Desktop to do that...

Before connecting configure the client for drive redirection. Then once the connection is made using
RD simply cut-n-paste/drag-n-drop files/folders between folders on the local and/or remote PC.
