Dial-up connection disapers after installing Remote Desktop Client

Hello,

Is there someone who is able to tell me why is it so that dial-up connection
sometimes disapers after installing Remote Desktop Client on Win XP Home?
There is no rule - sometimes dial-up connection become unavailable under
Netowork connections just after you start the computer and then you can't
even add a new dial-up connection and sometimes it's normally available and
you can dial new connection without problems. I have the same problem on both
my computers where one of them is a stationary home machine and second is my
notebook. There were no such problems before installing Remote Desktop
Client. How can I uninstall Rmote Desktop client or avoid such situation in
future?

best regards to all,

The Remote Desktop client is preinstalled on XP Home PCs. I would go back to
a system restore point make prior to trying to install the RDP client to see
if that fixes the problem.
