File Transfer Wizard

I am trying to install the file transfer wizard from a floppy onto my old
computer and I get the error "Cannot complete the collection" when I run the
program. After which, I can only click finish.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's possible the floppy is corrupt. Can you copy the contents of the
floppy to a folder on your HDD?
 
I tried copying to the HDD and the files copied but they still didn't work.
I then backed the files to a different floppy and tried it again and got the
same error again.

Do I have an setting or file missing on my old computer that is causing this?

OK, well it's not essential that the files start on a floppy. Working
from your HDD folder at least eliminates one possible issue. To be clear
though: do you get the "Cannot complete the collection" when you run the
wizard from the HDD folder?
