File tracking

Does anyone know how to track a files usage? Some of my programs get hung up
and I get an error message "QCard.DLL being used by another application". I
want to track this DLL file and see what programs use it. Is there any way to
do this?

Hello Wesley,

It sure is a nifty utility, I just can't figure out how to use it from my
purpose!

The help file isn't much help to me.

As I stated in my request I want to track one file, to see what programs
etc. use that file.

So far since I've had this utility running I haven't had the problem occur,
but I did find out in one hurry that this utility collects a lot of data and
leaving it run for a day really slows my computer down to a crawl!!
