What is an unacceptable powerpoint file size? I have a user who put
together a presentation of about 90 slides with high res pictures. The file
size is 250+MB and has difficulty opening on a win2k laptop with virtual
memory warning popups etc.

The memory warning popups are a bit extreme and may have as much to do with
what other apps and services are running as as it does the size of the PPT file
but 250mb is kinda hefty for that much content.

Have them see:
