What is it that limits the size of attachments I can send. Is the software,
Windows Mail for Vista, is a my security program, Bullguard, or is it my
Server? I received a mail with 3 photos attached, without problems, but when
I try to forward it, I can only attach them 1 at a time, and even then, one
of them is too big.

How large is the attachment and to how many people do you send it at a single time.

Windows Mail has no restriction on attachment size. However, your mail
provider probably does have a restriction. In addition, an anti-virus set
to scan email will place another restriction. No anti-virus should be set
to scan email. It provides absolutely no protection over its normal
resident protection.

The size limit is set by your mail server, or by the recipient's mail
server, whichever one has stricter limits.
