File sharing

I am using windows XP pro. I have shared a folder in my
workgroup however other user in the workgroup can only
view my PC but when people try to access my PC it give
this message:

\\PC24 is not accessible.You might not have permission to
use this network resource. Contact the administrator of
this server to find out if you have access peremission.

Access is denied.

I am sure that I have follow the right procedure in
sharing the folder and I have installed both Microsoft
network client and file and printer sharing services in
my computer.

Anybody know what wrong with it and how do I can solve
the problem
