good day to all.

how do i implement a policy using the domain group policy to disable file
sharing?

The ability to share files cannot be disabled by a group policy. That
ability is granted to users based on the built in groups that they are
members of. The groups that have this privelage by default are: local
administrators, server operators, power users. The user must be removed
from those groups to prevent them from sharing.
