File Sharing with XP

Hi,

I am having problems with File Sharing in XP. Everytime
I click on a folder and uncheck the Read Only Attributes
and save it goes back to Read Only..

I have two accounts on this M/C and both are now set to
Admistrator access.

Read only is an attribute that has no meaning for folders (the
directories are always open for writing), and XP makes an alternative
use of it. It will change if you use a change at the folder level to
propagate to all the files below, but will then revert to a greyed out
('undetermined') state

tools-->folder options-->view--> "Enable simple file sharing"
