File sharing - Urgent

Can someone tell me how can I enable file sharing for Network Configuration
Operator user group.

Eric,

Many thanks for your advice. Apparently, Network Configuration Operations
Group does not fit our purpose. Is there any way to allow the Power User
Group to check the TCP/IP addresses?
