File Sharing Program

Does anyone know of a good file sharing program that does not require
you to have files avaliable for other people. I also need it be but
spyware and adware free but since that is pretty much impossable it
needs to be mostly free of spyware, adware and viruses. Kazaa is not a
opition.

WinMX is alright, but limewire basic seems a bit better to me.
Personally I use kazaa lite, but it's not available for download anymore.

Yeah I completely forgot about bitorrent. It's not quite as good as
kazaa and the like, but has some very valid uses.

You want a file sharing program yet you don't want to share files? You're
looking for a leech program.
