File Sharing between WinXP and Vista

OK, the Subject shows up on a Google search but the MSDN URL will not load. I
think the URL is too old.

How do you setup File Sharing between a WinXP PC & a Vista PC on a home
network (PC-to-PC)?

What are the possible problems? I would expect that Vista's permissions
scheme may be a hitch.

But.... I just love this, near the bottom of the above page there is a
link "Discussions in Windows Vista Networking and Sharing newsgroup"
but if you click it you get "Newsgroup not found."
