File share w/pst backup tool using different windows profiles/acco

I just created a new account on Windows xp and some of the files don't seem
to be shared. The PST Backup Tool is missing from the new profile or account
on Windows when I open the Outlook 2003 in the new profile. The original
profile shows "backup" in the "File" dropdown menu, but Outlook in the new
Windows profile does not have "backup" tool.

I realize this icould be issue, newly working with different windows
profiles accounts and need help understanding, or problem understanding how
to share backup tool.
 
You should be able to just reinstall it for the current user.
