file saving

I have just had alot of updates installed. I can no longer save files in
the jpeg fomat. Then only format available is bit map.

Does anyone know how to get back to saving in jpeg format.

Hi

Try emptying the Temporary Internet Files folder. Open Internet Explorer
and go to Tools>Internet Options and then click on 'Delete Files...'. Try
to save the files again then.
