trouble saving images

When I go to save an image, bitmap is the only format I can save it as the majority of the time. Since lots of websites don't support bitmap images, I have to save each individual image as a jpeg later, and this is very tedious. Also, animated gifs no longer work, even if I resave them as gif files. Is there any way to change my options so I can save images as jpegs or gifs to begin with?

Hi

Try clearing out the TIF folder. Open IE and go to Tools>Internet Options
and click on 'Delete files'.

It's time to perform some housecleaning chores:

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.
