file recovery in flash memory?

Hi

Please help about file recovery in flash memory.

I suddenly format my flash memory (CF/512FE, 3.3V Card, Compact Flash,
Digital Memory Card 512MB, Kingston) with a camera (Nikon 8700)

If you did a full format, it's toast. If a quick format, it MAY be
recoverable. I don't know which method your camera uses, but I'm
leaning towards the first.
