file/print/properties - only entry of the printer

Hello
I have installed XP Professional as my operating system
an AVM/ISDN Fritzcard with Faxsoftware and Adobe Acrobat 5.0 for making pdf
files. In my applications (Office 2003 etc.) there were entries in
file/print/properties from the printer, the faxprinter and Acrobat Destiller
for making pdf´s.

Now, suddenly, there is only the name of the printer, the two others are
delete.

I have de/installed the whole software, no success. Is there something in
the registry, a configuration thing of XP or something like that?

Reinstall (or Repair Install) Office and Acrobat.

I have reinstall office and acrobat before: no result, the same mistake. I
will install windows one more time.
