File Permissions

I recently copied files from one of my computers to a CD-
RW. If I take the CD to another computer I can not open
the files. It tells me that "Access is Denied". I can not
copy the files from the CD nor change any of the
attributes. Am I SOL?

2 reasons I know of. 1 is you need a UDF reader on the machine you are trying to read the CD on, or you need to finalise the session on the CD. I know you do not usually finalise RW disks but all the manufacturers (Roxio/Pinnacle/Nero etc.) seem to have different ways creating the disks.
