file permission problem

I have set up IIS on a winXP professional, and i need to give certain
filepermissions to the system account "ASPNET". On my normal machine which
is on a domain this is straightforward, but on the machine which is not in a
domain I'm having trouble figuring out how to accomplish this.

Any ideas?

In Windows Explorer go to Tools, Folder Options, View and uncheck Use Simple
File Sharing
