How can I include a file path name without Outlook trying to automatically
format it???

I have a file name path with embedded spaces so when Outlook sees and feels
those spaces, the file name path being highlighted stops and the user is not
able to click on the path.

Is there any trick to inputting a file name path within Outlook??? And one
with embedded spaces???

Please let me know and Thanks in advance for your help.

replace the spaces with %20 and begin and end the url with < >

When I tried it, it appears as so...The spaces in the file structure is
indeed what is giving me problems. Unfortunately the "%20" shows up.

\\Test\corporate\John%20-%20Doe

Put <> around it like DIane said, but leave the spaces as spaces; i.e.,
<\\Test\corporate\John - Doe> . That works for me.
