File not Found error on LogIn

My Norton Internet Security program recently found some adware on my
computer. After the scan it removed most but not all of the adware. One was
to be deleted manually and their web site told how to do it. After doing so
the popups went away but now everytime someone logs in we ge a windows
message box saying that ***.dll file is not found. I click OK and
everything works right afterward.

My question is how can I get rid of that startup message?

Windows XP Media edition. All updates done. Norton Internet Security 2005,
all updates up.

Check in Msconfig.
(Start-Run-MSCONFIG-Startup tab)
If you cannot see anything in Msconfig then:

Start-Run-msinfo32
Click the + beside Software Environment to expand.
Click Startup Programs
Ctrl+A to Select All, Ctrl+C to Copy.
Paste that information in your message.
