File Names Don't Show Up

In the my music folder when the files are shown as thumbnails the name of the
file doesn't show up. Anyone way to fix it? I tried to reset all folder
settings and that didn't work. It's only in the music folder everywhere else
it works fine.

1.Change view to Tiles or Icons or List or details (Anything, other
than Thumbnails)
2.Hold Shift key and then change the view to Thumbnails
