file name too long

Hi. I'm new to XP, and I have file names in my
Temp/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5 folders that
are too long. They won't let me delete or rename them.
They start with "tournaments;feat=tournaments;tour=....."
etc. How can I rename or delete these files?

Simplest way to delete temporary internet files if run Disk Cleanup.

It will identify these and some other files which can be deleted.
