file name saves

When surfing the net and come across a picture that I would like to save to
my computer, I have noticed that every picture that I have saved is listed in
the file name section. Any way I can turn this off??

Which file name section?
 
The part that I am referring to is when you right-click on a picture, go to
save picture as, and then the save dialog box comes up. It is the file name
drop-down.
