File Management Tools

Does anybody out there know (or currently use) any third party companies
that make good File Management tools to be use on Windows 2000 servers?

I am looking for a tool that can identify the access permissions for a user
or group to a particular share or folder. A user friendly one. (I've used
the Xcacls.exe and Perms.exe utilities. The results are not pretty to look
at....)
