File limit for FAT, FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS

Could some one please tell me what the limits are for FAT,
FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS??

How many DIRECTORIES can each have? How deep can they go
[parent\child1\child2\child3\child4\? How many additional
directories and files can each directory hold?

This info has to be here at Microsoft somewhere but I'm
buggered if I can find it.

Yours Sincerely
