File is a [Group].

I hit the wrong keystroke in Excel, now my file is named with a [Group],
which has caused me problems in the past. What is this and how do I get rid
of it? I couldn't find it in the help files.

Hi
It happens when you group sheets together.
If you click on the first tab, hold down shift and click on the last tab,
this will Group the sheets together, so any action performed on any one
sheet applies to them all.

To Ungroup the sheets, click on any sheet tab outside the range of Grouped
sheets, or, if all are grouped, just click on any individual sheet tab to
ungroup them.
