File has no program association

Help! Loaded Spybot & Trojan Guarder on 2 computers
Saturday. I'm no longer able to access any programs on one
of them, my Sony Vaio. I keep getting the error
message "This file does not have a program associated with
it for performing this action. Create an association with
a the Folder Options control panel."

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
