When you say "as soon as it is received", to you mean as soon
as it is saved to the hard disk? What about files that are already
in existence but that get updated?
The solution might be a batch file that executes once every
few minutes. You could also use the inbuilt synchronize
function. Have a look at Start / Help - it has several sections
on synchronizing folders.
