File Folders - Simple question

All of my file folders used to have columns showing Date Modified, Date
Created and Date Accessed. For some reason it now only shows one column:
Date Accessed.

How can I get the other two categories back. I must have changed a setting
inadvertently.

Right click on the title column, choose what you desire to see.
