File Folder Moves/Deletions

Is there any way in Windows 2000 server to stop domain
clients from moving or deleting folders on the Windows
2000 server without denying write access.

Well, you can deny or omit delete permissions. That will leave
effectively, Read, Write and Execute perms.

That disables MS Word's ability to delete temp files
doesn't it? I really just want to stop users from moving
or deleteing folders.

Correct. You don't want to do that on the files. Just on the
folder(s).
