File Extensions

I am trying to saying animated .gifs. For some reason when
I got to save as..it only gives me the option to save as
a .bmp..it does not give me the option to save as .gif.
Why is this? How can I change it? I have a membership at
animationfactory.com. A friend went to this site and he is
able to save as .gifs from his company. Do I need to
change a setting? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clear the temporary internet files cache

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

Also after you have used internet options to clear temporary files, click
Start/Run and enter %temp% and click OK
