file error 404

I have done just about everything under the sun to fix
this problem, and no one can help me.... I can't search
the web for anything under google, ask jeeves or yahoo. I
have ran scan for trojan virus under trojan, Mcceefe and
adaware 6. With nothing helping, Does anyone know about
wind sock????? could that help
