This is the story. I'm using Windows XP Home. I decided to make "My
documents" private so only I could open them. But then, a little time ago,
the computer refused to boot. It just didnt work. Many fixes were attempted,
but none were succesful, so it left no option but to reinstall Windows. Now
the computer works again, but the problem is, that no one can access those
files that were made private. Access is denied. Is there any way to save
these files and use them once again ?

Thank you for advice, the files really important to me are now accessible. I
had found the other article before but the second one revealed I'd need to be
in safe mode to access security settings in home edition. Thanks.
