File/Drive restrictions

I upgrade my desktop and installed XP Pro. I partitioned my HD into 2 drives.
My plan is to have programs and business data on “C†drive and personal data
on “D†drive. I have a virtual assistant that I would like to give access to
programs and only the business data files. Is there a way that I can password
protect or somehow restrict access to my personal data files (“D†drive)
without PW protecting each file individually? Can you prevent opening a file
from the “D†drive using the programs on “C†drive?

Change the permissions so that only your user has rights to whatever will be
on the D drive.
