file downloading help

I was downloading a file and accidently unchecked
the "Always ask before opening this type of file check
box" and now everytime I download a .Zip file it
automatically starts the downloading. Can anybody please
help me get this back? Running Windows XP

Confirm Download Dialog Box -

1. Open Explorer
2. Click the TOOLS menu
3. Select FOLDER OPTIONS
4. Then select FILE TYPES tab

Locate the file type (extension), click ADVANCED and click EDIT.
Note the "confirm download" box. Check it.
