File Dialog Boxes

Hi All,
I am using Access 2003 and when I try to bring in the active x control
for the common dialog box -the options I have are close, register or
unregister. I have tried pressing the register button but it does not
seem to do anything. My text should two button being OK and cancel in
the insert active x control box. Do I need a license to run active x
or could it be something else.
I would appreciate any thoughts on this matter.
