common dialog

HI!!

I've got another problem!

I would like to use the common dialog properties to help
my users navigate more easily through there computer.

But My version of Access denies me access to the Active X
Controls, and tells me that: "You don't have the licence
required to use this active X control". I'm working from
the Office so I know that there version is a good one.

might I be needing the Developer suite to use this, and any
other un-registered Active X controls, type of control...

Is there another way around this problem!!

There could, likely will, be lots of version problems when you go to
distribute the common dialog OCX.. Instead use the common dialog API
calls as documented at the Access Web at www.mvps.org/access or at
"ACC97: How to Use the Common Dialog API in an Access Database"
[Q303066] at the Knowledge Base at support.microsoft.com.
