File Corrupt - why ? How to avoid it?

Hi,

I regularly get a 'file may be corrupt' error message when I try to open my
word document. I can recover text but lose all the work I've done.
I can't repeat writing and drawing the same everyday! I'm losing hours of
work!
Where does it come from? I think it may be a bug with the graphic and
drawing feature. How to recover the modifications I've made ?

It's a corruption, not a bug, either to some of your software or possibly to
your hard disk itself. If you've tried uninstalling and re-installing
everything, make back-ups and re-format your hard drive.
