File Copying

Hi

I have problem copying from my DVD a 4 Gb image file to my HD (17 Gb left) I
getting this stupid pop-up saying "The file ???.iso is too large for the
destination file system"....eeh what? You're joking!! Got enough space in my
HD.

Is the hard drive formatted NTFS or FAT32? FAT32 has a 4 GB file limit.

Oooh....OK...I suppose formatted FAT32 .
Is there a way to converted to NTFS without deleting any files?

I using a laptop running Vista and I don't want C: to convert but D: (Prgs).
Can I able to use the same command (compatible to Vista?)?
