File conversion

Received email in WP. Word won't convert. Possible that install disk has
conversion tool. What is it? Why not installed automatically considering WP
is overtaking Word. Is there anyway to improve tables in Word--no comparison
to WP
 
Ask the sender to send you a new copy of the file, saved as RTF for example.

How, exactly, do you want to "improve tables" in Word?
