File conversion

I have an Olympus camera 300, but the files won't import into Movie Maker. It
says I need a file conversion. Can anyone advise?

What format are the files in? If these are Olympus
..orf RAW files you'll need to open them in your
Olympus software and save them in a compatible
format... .jpg, .bmp, etc.
