file cannot be previewed error although viewers installed

Outlook says viewerds not ionstalled, but they are. What causes this error?
Also cannot undo delete message, or move message back to inbox by dragging or
using menu options
 
What type of file are you trying to preview?
What happens when you try drag and drop on deleted items?
