File cannot be defragmented

AluriaCacheFile.dat cannot be defragmented. Why am I getting this message
now? I never got it before and I have been defragmenting since day one. I
don't even use the Microsoft Firewall, so why should there even be an
AluriaCacheFile.dat? What if anything should I do about this?

One fragmented file on the hard drive will possibly slow the machine
down by 10 or 20 milliseconds each time that file is loaded.

I don't think it is worth worrying about.

AluriaCacheFile.dat is probably in use. Files that are in use cannot be
fragmented.

AluriaCacheFile.dat is from Aluria Software Aluria Security Center/Spyware
Eliminator.

You get it free or something if you have Earthlink. In fact, Earthlink
bought Aluria.
