File As to organize contact list

My "File As:" does not work to organize my contacts in Outlook. The contact
defaults to the name entered in the "Full Name". Why would the "File As"
not work?
 
Your post makes no sense.
Clarify what isn't working the way you expect it to.
Be sure you include the view to which you are referring.
