File and Setting Transfer and NTUSER.dat XP Home

I just bought a new machine and I'm trying to transfer over. I get an error
saying ntuser cannot be copied. Any suggestions?
 
If that doesnt solves, restart the machine and then log on as a user that is
not involved in the transfer that should work.
