File and Folder Tasks problem

I am in MY PHOTOS on my desktop. I select a photo to email. The FILE AND FOLDER TASKS window is on the left side of my screen. When I click on the appropriate line to send the photo to an email recipient, my computer attempts to log on to MSN.com They are not my internet provider any more. I have Roadrunner as provider and I use Outlook Express for all of my email operations. How do I get FILE AND FOLDER TASKS to enter Roadrunner and/or OUTLOOK EXPRESS and send the email there ? HELP is of absolutely no use at all.

Dar,

Set OE as the default email client.

Type MSIMN.EXE /REG in the RUN box.

Select Outlook Express as the default mail handler, in Internet Explorer Options > Programs tab.
