file already in use

Need Help!
I work on Access 95 at work and just recently it started
giving me an error message "file already in use". I can't
get in any database, nor will it let me delete a
database "sharing violation". I have backups on several
different drives and all are giving me the same message?
At one point it let me create a new database and import
all tables, queries etc, but now it gives the "file
already in use"?
Any resolutions??
 
Do you have delete access to the directories inwhich the mdb file is
located?
